Dimhap track, S3S4 chromosome-specific dimer haplotypes
500 random S3S4 dimers were extracted from each chromosome, aligned and converted to HMMs which were used to annotate the assembly.
Hits with score to length ratio less then 0.7 and with length less then 300 bp were removed from annotation.
