This track shows the meta summits from the ENCODE TFBS Collection taken from the UCSC hg38 encRegTfbsClustered track.
This dataset represents 1264 experiments (1256 in hg38) representing 338 transcription factors (340 in hg38) in 130 cell types (129 in hg38) are combined here into clusters to produce a summary display showing occupancy regions for each factor.
Meta summits are initially required to be above a threshold score of 100 (macs2 summit score).
Use in combination with the corresponding coverage and instance mapping tracks.
Using the Repeat Browser bed files (see "instance mapping tracks") we used macs2 to call peaks with the following settings
macs2 callpeak -f BED -t macs2 summits and peaks can be found in data/macs2 if you would like to load custom tracks with less stringently filtered meta summits.
