Description

This track shows the "meta-summits" of the ENCODE DNAse track (which is a liftOver of ENCODE DNAse hypersensitivity data )).

A meta summit is a summit on the Repeat Browser which represents a summits of many genomic instances that map to the consensus. Use the meta-summit to turn on the appropriate coverage or mappings track to confirm the summit.

Meta summits are initially set to be read at a threshold of 100 but can be reset manually via the track settings.

This track has over 125 cell types meaning that turning on all tracks at once in full mode could cause browser instability. We recommend turning on appropriate subtracks or applying an extremely stringent peak filter.
