This track shows the individual summits from a large scale ChIP-SEQ study described in Tsankov et al., "Transcription factor binding dynamics during human ES cell differentiation", Nature 2015. In this work, the authors performed ~38 ChIP-SEQ of transcription factors in stem cells at different stages of differentiation (pluripotent state, endodem, mesoendoderm, etc).
.We obtained the sequencing reads from NCBI GEO GSE61475. Bowtie2 2.3.2 was run with in single-end mode and with --end-to-end --sensitive. MACS 2.1.1.20160309 was run with --keep-dup all and no input/control read file.
